When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration and anything you include in your message.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, provide quotes and carry out work you ask for. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer and vehicle records are kept for as long as needed for warranty, legal and accounting purposes.

Cookies

This site uses a single essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form from spam. The map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@glenavyautoservices.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
